Tell us what went into it.
Materials, making and the details that disappear inside a finished product.
Form in Hand is an English-language journal about iPhone cases and accessories, edited by Joe. We begin with cases, their construction and their everyday use, with room for the objects that work alongside them.
We welcome information from established brands, small studios, designers and manufacturers. A useful story might begin with a material choice, a production problem, a different way to attach an accessory or a detail that makes a case easier to live with.

What helps us tell the story.
Send the official product page, exact model names or SKUs, supported iPhones, materials and the source behind any performance or sustainability claim. Design drawings, production details and an introduction to someone who worked on the product can make the story more useful.
Photography and press libraries.
Link to approved product, lifestyle and detail images, with the applicable license or written permission. Please identify required credits, permitted resizing or cropping, any time limits and whether permission covers editorial publication on forminhand.com. Additional channels or future commercial uses should be specified separately.
Samples and editorial coverage.
Product documentation can support a research note. A hands-on review requires an actual sample and recorded use. Agree a sample or loan with us first, including whether it needs to be returned. Supplying information or a sample does not guarantee coverage, approval of our conclusions or a favourable verdict.
Where the journal stands today.
This is an early-stage personal project. Current coverage includes source-led guides, brand profiles and research notes. We have not yet published a completed hands-on case review. There are no current sponsors, affiliate links or paid placements.
Our relationship with Materik.
Joe works with Materik. That relationship is disclosed in the journal and alongside relevant coverage. We cover other brands on the same stated basis: identify the product, show the source, distinguish claims from experience and name commercial relationships.
